The procedure is confidential and straightforward.
You will get a friendly and affectionate welcome when you get admitted to our centre for rehab. We have provisions to accommodate for new admissions within a day of booking although we advise that people pre-book in advance.
Referrals can be accepted from the client themselves, friends, family, and health professionals. Our team is prepared to receive you upon arrival once you have confirmed your booking.
We'll introduce you to the clinical team on arriving at our clinic and will show you around so that you can acquaint yourself with the layout of the facility. Upon arrival we will also give you a welcome pack which has a timetable for your therapy session and also explains everything that you need to be conversant with during your stay at our facility, the Sanctuary Lodge. Please call us and let us know in case you are not able to come to our facility on your own.
On the first 24 hours of your admission, we will prepare everything for your first meeting with your detox specialist.
Here, we will consider you medical and psychological treatment needs to carry out a full assessment. If needed, a complete detox procedure will be recommended. Then our medical health professionals will monitor and administer the detox under strict protocol.
The psychiatrist is tasked with reviewing your treatment and pointing out any areas that would need special attention from a specialist expert. It is very crucial for us to address all your treatment needs during your admission; thus, we'll make sure that any aspect which has been stressed or suggested is included in your personalised treatment programme. We will ensure that you are getting the highest standard care at any time and your treatment plan will then be constantly evaluated by our clinical director, counsellors and clinical personnel.
Our hospitable employees will then assist you in settling in once your evaluation is done. Our personnel is always available to talk to and encourage you since we know how stressful and scary this experience can be for many patients.
